    Steps to make Mango Squash:

    1. Wash,perl,chop mango.make puree in blender smoothly.if needed add little water.
    2. .boil water,add sugar.when sugar is dissolved completely add citric acid & lemonjuice.mango taste kar ky sugar add krain.if mangoes are too sweet lessen the amount of sugar.
    3. Add mango puree in sugar syrup.cook for 5 min so that mango paste blend together with sugar syrup.
    4. Remove from heat,leave to cool. Fill up any bottle with mango squash.it can be keep for a month or more.
    5. To make squash,take 1 cup squash in 1 litr water & mix well. Add ice cubes or serve chilled
