    2. Make ready 2 tbsp each seasame seeds, coriander powder, jaggery and grated coconut
    3. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
    4. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
    5. Take 1/4 th tsp heeng
    6. Make ready 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
    7. Get 2 tsp red chilli powder
    8. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
    9. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
    10. Get 1 tsp roasted garam masala
    11. Get to taste salt

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Stuff Tondli/Kundru/Ivy Gourd:

    1. Wash and cut slit the Ivy Gourds as given in the photo.
    2. For stuffing:- In a mixer grinder add peanuts, seasame, jaggery, coconut, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, garam masala and salt.
    3. Grind everything into a powder.
    4. Now stuff it in Ivy Gourd.
    5. Stuff neatly.
    6. Now in a pressure cooker heat oil add mustard seeds.
    7. Now add stuffed Ivy Gourd. Add little water around 2 tbsp just to avoid burning.
    8. Cover it with lid and take around two whistles. and remove it from flame.
    9. Now once cooker gets cool remove the lid and sabzi is ready to serve. If you want you can again pan sear it.
    10. Garnish it with coriander and some crushed peanuts. Serve it with nice soft butter roti's. ENJOY the meal..!
