    1. rub olive oil onto pork
    2. mix dry ingredients in bowl
    3. hand rub pork working into meat well
    4. mix stock ingredients in crock pot
    5. add pork to crock pot simmer for 5 to 6 hours
    6. remove pork from pot shred by hand or with fork
    7. skim fat from stock,strain, ( save onions and garlic and some of the stock to add to BBQ sauce)
    8. in bowl mix 1, 475 ml. bottle of Sensations Tequila Lime Habanaro BBQ sauce, with saved stock and onions and garlic
    9. simmer in crock pot for another 45 min.
    10. serve with coleslaw on a toasted hamburger bun
