    The ingredients needed to make Cashew Rice:

    1. Make ready 2 cup Cooked Rice
    2. Get 1/4 cup Cashews
    3. Prepare 5 tsp Oil
    4. Take 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
    5. Get 1/4 tsp Asafetida / Hing
    6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / Haldi
    7. Get 1 pinch Salt

    Instructions to make Cashew Rice:

    1. In a heating pan add 5 tsp of Oil and let it heat.
    2. Then add ½ + ¼ tsp of Mustard seeds (Rai), ¼ tsp of Hing and followed by ¼ cup of Cashews and roast the Cashews nicely until turns into light brown colour.
    3. Then add ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and mix.
    4. Furthermore, add 2 cup of boiled and cooked Rice and mix well.
    5. Add Salt only if required.
    6. Delicious Popcorn as if tasted Cashew Rice is now ready to serve hot.
