    1. In a large kadhai, heat ghee and add chopped cashew. Roast on low to medium flame till it turns golden. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
    2. Add dates to the kadhai and keep stirring till the dates soften. Will take around 3-4 minutes. Now add roasted cashew and mix well. Turn off the flame and let it cool for 5 minutes.
    3. Now apply ghee on both your palms and take a portion of khajur pak and flatten in. Place a marie biscuit and cover from all the sides with khajur pak. Place another marie biscuit and cover completely.

    5. You can stuff the pak with wafer biscuits also or can simply keep it as khajur balls.
