    1. Make ready 200 gm Cashew nuts
    2. Prepare 200 gm sugar
    3. Make ready 10 gm Ellachi powder
    4. Take 2 ts fried in ghee Basan flour(Kadalai Maavu)
    5. Take 50 ml ghee

    Instructions

    Steps to make Cashew Parfi:

    1. In a pan soak the cashew nuts for 1 hour. In a mixer grinder make it into smooth paste along with little milk.
    2. In a pan add sugar and water. Make it into thick syrup. Then add the elachi powder and the grinded paste. Mix it properly. Cook for 10 minutes. Then add the fried flour.
    3. Add ghee as and when needed. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the ghee fried cashew in it. Pour this in the ghee coated plate. Then cut into pieces.
    4. Finally cashew Purfi is ready to taste.
