Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit
Drain the cans of peaches into a seperate cup or container
Place butter into a 9" by 12" baking dish and heat in oven until completely melted.
In medium bowl mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnimon.
Then pour in the milk and peach syrup that you set aside earlier and mix well to make a thin watery batter. (some clumping is alright).
Pour the batter over the very hot melted butter and sprinkle your peaches and raisins over the top.
