Get 2 pounds broccoli

Steam the broccoli and chop it up finely. Season with half the salt, garlic, and pepper
Heat a deep pan add diced pepper and onions. Sauté for 10 minutes. Add the ground sirloin, salt and pepper.
Brown the ground sirloin stirring occasionally. Add in the raisins.
Simmer till the peppers and onions are tender.
Add the broccoli. Mix well.
Add cashew nuts.
Then the grated parmesan cheese. Stir in and simmer 10 minutes.
Now the shredded cheese
Mix well let the cheese start melting.
Cover then turn heat off. Let sit 15 minutes.
