    13. Take 1/4 tsp Dry ginger powder
    14. Prepare 1/2 tsp Jeera
    15. Make ready 2 Bay leaf
    16. Take For boiling
    17. Prepare 1 Tea bag or tea water
    18. Get as per taste Salt and turmeric
    19. Take 1 Bay leaf
    20. Make ready As required Water 1 inch above the chikpea

    When roasted in a hot oven, chickpeas become super crunchy. They're a great low-fat substitute for nuts when salty cravings hit. Canned chickpeas: Canned chickpeas are pre-cooked chickpeas. You can eat canned chickpeas straight out of the can!


    Instructions

    Instructions to make Spicy chikpea:

    1. Boil the chole after adding tea bag. Bay leaf untill 5 whistle.
    2. Add oil in a pan, jeera bayleaf saute for 2 minutes add chopped onion saute untill onion looks transparent.
    3. In a blender jar add chopped tomato, green chilli, ginger and garlic blend until you get thick paste without lumps.
    4. Add this puree in onion, cook this gravy untill masala release oil. Add coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli powder and 2 tsp of water in case of masala looks dry. Cook this gravy untill masala bend with paste.
    5. Add this paste in boil Chole and cook in pressure cooker for 2 whistle. Serve with chapati or
