    Instructions to make Amristari chickpea(chole):

    1. In a pan add cooking oil in this add bay leaf, ginger, Kasuri methi, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and stir for 1 minute and now add sliced onion and cook it till it turns golden brown.
    2. Now add chopped tomato and salt,red chilli powder, coriander, turmeric powder,chana masala and mix well. If required add a cup of water to cook well for 4-5 minutes.
    3. Now once gravy is ready add boiled chickpeas and add 3-4 cup water and cook it for 7-8 minutes on high flame and amritsari chickpeas are ready to serve.
