    1. Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.Take pan add 4 tablespoon oil add onion,fry until golden. Add ginger garlic paste fry 30 second add salt garam masal fry 30 more seconds.now add tomatoes and greenbchillies.cover and cook until tomatoes tenders.
    2. Now add boiled chickpeas.fry for 2 minutes with prepared masala.Now add 5 cup water.when boiled add soaked rice cook until rice done and bubbles form on surface.take a heavy tawa.put it under the pan.cover on low flame for 10 minutes.Now open and Serve hot with mint raita or zeera raita
