    2. Transfer the paste to a large bowl. Add in chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt. Mix everything well.
    3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Roll and shape each portion into 2.5. inch round flat tikki. Coat the tikkis with breadcrumbs.
    4. Heat a non- stick frying pan or griddle. Sprinkle oil all over. Place 3-4 tikkis on it at a time and fry from both sides until they turn golden brown on medium heat. Once the tikkis appear to be done turn off the flame.
    5. Place the Chickpea Tikkis on a serving plate. Garnish them with onion rings, green chillies and coriander leaves. Serve hot with any sauce or chutney of your choice.
