    5. Beat the curd till lump free and add to the kadhai. Lower the heat and saute for a few seconds.
    6. Now add the boiled potatoes and mix well. Add salt and sugar. Add 1 cup of hot water and crushed kasuri methi. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Lastly add the green peas, cashew powder, slit green chillies, garam masala powder and butter. Mix well and Enjoy!
