At first, boiled the potatoes
Make small hole in potatoes and mix with turmeric chilli and salt
After 5 min fry potatoes in oil.
Then add more oil in that pan and add garam masala paste
Next make a paste with dry chillies and curd
Simultaneously make a paste with almond & cashew nuts
Then add the fried potatoes in the same pan, slow the flame then add curd & stir continuously.
Then add the cashew nut & almond paste, all the spices, salt & stir well
Then add water.& cook for few mins
