    Instructions

    Instructions to make Kashmiri Dum Potato:

    1. At first, boiled the potatoes
    2. Make small hole in potatoes and mix with turmeric chilli and salt
    3. After 5 min fry potatoes in oil.
    4. Then add more oil in that pan and add garam masala paste
    5. Next make a paste with dry chillies and curd
    6. Simultaneously make a paste with almond & cashew nuts
    7. Then add the fried potatoes in the same pan, slow the flame then add curd & stir continuously.
    8. Then add the cashew nut & almond paste, all the spices, salt & stir well
    9. Then add water.& cook for few mins
    10. Then serve
