    1. Take paneer cubes and fry in oil till golden in colour. Drain and keep aside.

    4. Drain and keep in a plate.
    5. Make paste from tomatoes, green chillies, garlic cloves, tomato ketchup and pepper.
    6. In the remaining oil add cumin seeds.
    7. Add tomato paste, garam masala powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
    8. Mix all masalas well and add little water.
    9. Cook for 2 minutes and add cashew almond paste.
    10. Add fried paneer pieces and bring it to boil.
    11. When gravy starts thicken add fried onions and fresh cream.
    12. Remove from fire and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated paneer.
