    2. Now dip the saffron strands in to the warm milk and rest for 10 minutes.
    3. Now after 20 minutes take a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp ghee add whole spices and saute for 2 minutes,now add rice and saute for 2 minutes and then add saffron added milk in to it and add 1 cup water in it and mix well.And close the lid and cook it till 2 whistles.And then switch off the flame.
    4. Now take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee fry almonds and cashew nuts till golden colour and then remove it and then fry raisins and remove it too also.Now fry the onions and cook till golden colour.
    5. Now open the pressure cooker and loosen the rice with light hands and then add chopped pineapple,pomegranate,dry fruits and fried onions and add salt,roasted cumin powder and mix well all the things.Our Kashmiri Pulav is ready to serve.Enjoy 😊👍
