    Instructions

    Steps to make Kashmiri phirni:

    1. Take a pan,add milk and let it come to boil.
    2. Now reduce the heat and let it be on low heat and stir.
    3. Add cardamom powder, sugar, almonds and stir.
    4. Now add semolina and stir simultaneously so that there are no lumps. Mix little saffron in little milk and mix. Add into the pan.
    5. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat and stir continuously.
    6. Let it cool down and refrigerate it for few hours.
    7. Now serve chilled.
