    The ingredients needed to make Kashmiri Pulao:

    1. Prepare 250 gm Soaked and boiled Basmati RICE
    2. Make ready 2 tbsp pure ghee
    3. Make ready 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
    4. Take 1 chopped apple
    5. Prepare 1/4 cup Chopped pineapple
    6. Get 1/4 chopped grapes
    7. Get 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

    10. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn seeds
    11. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled Sprouted Green gram
    12. Get 1/4 cup boiled black chickpea
    13. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
    14. Prepare 1 tsp Biriyani masala
    15. Prepare 2 Bay leaves
    16. Take 10-12 Cashew nuts
    17. Prepare 20 resins
    18. Prepare 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
    19. Make ready 1/2 tsp Mint powder
    20. Make ready 2-3 cardamom
    21. Prepare 2 star aniseed
    22. Get 1/2 cup chopped boiled potatoes
    23. Get 2 tbsp honey
    24. Make ready 1 tsp salt
    25. Take Few strands saffron

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Kashmiri Pulao:

    1. Take a heavy bottom vessel, heat ghee in low - medium flame. Then add Bay leaves, star aniseed, cumin, cardamom and saute well then add cashew nuts and resins and saute it well.
    2. Then add chopped Onion and saute it till it changes it's colour to golden then add ginger and garlic paste and saute it well.
    3. Now add all the chopped veggies and mix it well and cook for 5-7 minutes on the high flame.
    4. Add salt as required then add boiled rice in the Vessel and mix well and cover and cook it for few seconds.
    5. Then add boiled chickpea, Sprouted Green gram, sweet corn seeds, and saute it then add all the spices and fruits and green spices (mentioned above) into it and allow it to cook for few seconds. Then add 1 Tbsp honey and saffron and mix it well and switch off the flame and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
    6. Serve it with curry and salad
