    2. Drain all the water and then add to blender with water. Add salt and mix well.
    3. Allow to rest for 20 minutes (optional) or start making the dosa right way.
    4. Preheat a non-stick griddle on low heat and pour the batter. Spread it into a thin dosa. Add little ghee or oil around the sides.
    5. Dosa starts to turn golden brown. Gently fold the dosa and serve immediately. Enjoy with coconut chutney.
