- Making Maida paste : take 2 tbsp Maida or all purpose flour and make a paste by adding some water.
- Method of making shawarma chicken masala : In a bowl, add some grated cabbage, grated carrot, boiled and shreaded chicken pieces, pepper powder, mayonnaise and chopped parsley leaves or coriander leaves. Combine all well. [ Do not add more mayonnaise. Add little amount ].
- Make the shawarma mat squares as shown in the below picture.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the shawarma mat squares on medium flame turning the sides till golden brown. Move it to a paper towel and remove excess oil. - Serve hot !
