Take 1 cup Powdered milk
Prepare 1 liter Milk

Instructions to make Ras Malai.:
Pour the milk in a big pan,
Add the sugar, part of the Saffron,+ the whole cardamoms.
Bring the milk to boil.
Meanwhile, combine the milk powder, oil, baking powder, the remainimg saffron, the crushed cardamoms &the egg.
Mix well till it forms a nice dough.
Make small balls out of the dough.
As soon as finished making balls, put them gently in the boiling milk, lower the heat a little, so that the milk doesn't overflow & keep turning them gently, BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THEM.
When the balls start rising, lower the heat a little & keep stirring GENTLY. Cook for about 7-8 more minutes.
Remove from heat. Transfer into a serving dish & garnish with sliced almonds & pistacchios.
Refrigerate after cooling it completely. Serve cold.
