Get 1-2 cup quinoa
Prepare 4-5 curry leaves
Get 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

Instructions to make Lemon Quinoa:
In a pan add 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil and add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and ginger to it. Let it crackle a bit.
Then add green chilli.. salt, pepper and turmeric.And add peanuts. Let everything turn aromatic.
Now,add water and let it boil and add the quinoa.. at medium flame cover and let it boil for few minutes lets say 4-5.
Open the lid, you'll see that the water is still not gone so now squeeze in the juice of 1/2lemon and add a dash of sugar. Mix,cover and let water be soaked in properly and switch off the heat.
Serve hot !
