    3. Next, add saffron (I added quite a generous pinch) and rice. Stir everything
    4. Lower the heat then add water. Stir until most of the liquid is absorbed (15 min), then take off heat and cover with a lid for about 10 minutes
    5. Taste and season to your liking. Serve with olives if desired. Enjoy :)
