    3. Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile when the batter is resting start to make suger syrup and chopped almonds and pistachios and keep it aside.
    5. For suger syrup take a big sos pan add suger and water in it stir it well so that the suger melts. just make a sticky syrup no need to make any string consistency but make sure the suger syrup to be kept warm.
    6. Now start to make malpuas for that on a low flame heat ghee in a big frying pan and melt it.
    7. When the ghee is heating up meanwhile once again mix very well the batter.
    8. Take a medium size spatula full of the batter and gently pour the batter in to hot ghee.and let them cook until light brown from both sides. it will take just 1 minutes.
    9. Now let them 1/2 min rest and after that put them in to suger syrup for 2 minutes and remove them one by one in a serving plate.
    10. Garnish them with chopped almond and pistachios.serve them with hot rabdi or just as it is.
