    1. Take 2 boxes beef broth
    2. Get 2 beef bullion cubes

    5. Take 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
    6. Take 1 box thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    7. Make ready 1 bunch bean sprouts
    8. Make ready 3 handfuls fresh spinach leaves, with stems trimmed
    9. Get to taste soy sauce
    10. Make ready to taste fish sauce
    11. Take 1 stalk cinnamon
    12. Prepare 1 piece grated fresh ginger

    14. Make ready rice noodles cooked to package directions

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Pho:

    1. Meat is very tough so, take it and separate into strips onto a baking sheet, coat with meat tenderizer on both sides, cover with foil and put into fridge for 4hrs
    2. In a Dutch oven, add broth, bullion cubes, cinnamon, ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce; slowly bring to simmer to let flavors marry, about 30 mins
    3. Add mushrooms, and onions, cook for about 10mins
    4. Wash tenderizer off beef strips and add to pot with cooked rice noodles and bean sprouts, stir and cook about 5mins
    5. Remove from fire, fold in fresh spinach just to wilt
    6. Ladle into bowls and add more fresh sliced green onion to garnish, enjoy!
