    Steps to make Scrambled Roe:

    1. Mince onion, garlic and tomato and roughly chop the green chillies.
    2. Heat oil in a pan.
    3. Add onions, garlic and green chillies to the pan and cook till onions are soft, not translucent. Ensure garlic does not burn.
    4. Add tomatoes and saute till semi-dry.
    5. Add the chicken masala. Saute till slightly dry.
    6. Work very, very fast with the roe: Roughly chop into half-bite sized pieces and add to the pan. Saute till half-cooked.
    7. Add curry leaves and continue cooking.
    8. A minute before switching off the flame, add crushed pepper and mix well.
    9. After cooking, switch off flame, squeeze lime juice over eggs.
    10. Serve warm and indulge.
