    4. Add in the onions (together with the water they were soaked in) to the flour and kneed for approximately five minutes until it's even and soft. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes.
    5. Cut out desired portions, roll then into circular shape, oil the top surface, fold as shown below and let them rest for ten minutes, covered with a cloth.
    6. Roll out the portions and pan fry. once they form brown patches spread oil and fry each at medium heat till golden brown
