    1. آٹے میں نمک ڈال کر حسب ضرورت پانی ڈالکرمکس کر کے دس منٹ کے لیئے ایک طرف رکھ دیں
    2. پھر گوندھ لیں اور پیڑے بنا لیں
    3. اب بیل کر نیم گرم توے پر ڈالیں اور پھر آنچ تھوڑی تیز کر دیں
    4. پہلے ایک طرف سے پکنے دیں پھر ٹ کر تھوڑا پکا کر توا ہٹا کر آگ پر ڈائرکٹ سیکیں پھول جائے گی تو پلیٹ میں کپڑا رکھ کر اسمیں رکھ کر فولڈ کر لیں
