This is a recipe for Swahili chapatis. I found the traditional way tedious and long and so i tried to find a new way to make chapatis fast but still soft.

If you really want to be health-conscious, you can skip the ghee, but the chapatis won't be as tasty. Chapatis are most often served with stews, vegetables, meats or sometimes eaten on it's own.
