    1. First let's prepare maida chapati. Take equal quantity of maida and water.
    2. Allow water to boil and add oil and salt.Once water is boiled, switch off the flame. Add maide to it.
    3. Mix well and allow to cool for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes make medium size balls.
    4. Make chapati in tawa. Roast on both sides. Now chapati is ready.
    5. Now let's prepare kurma for maida chapati. Grind ingredients to a fine powder.
    6. Now heat kadai. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, chana dal and curry leaves.
    7. Now add chopped onions and tomatoes. Mix well.
    8. Add turmeric powder and needed salt. Mix well. Add little water to it and then add grinded powder.
    9. Mix well and allow to boil for few minutes until raw smell goes off. Serve with maida chapati.
