    1. The secret to have your green peas/veges retain their green colour……….in a pan add water let it boil,……add in a little salt then a dash of baking soda in the boiling water…..stir now add your green peas……let them boil for about 9mins……drain water, rince with cold water to stop cooking…….set a side
    2. In a pan/sufuria…….fry onion + garlic…….till golden brown…..add in carrots + potatoes, let them fry for some few minutes……
    3. Add in your tomatoes, salt, chilly cube, curry powder……stir….cover let them cook for 10-15mins(till potatoes are soft)……you can add some water for soup to cook together…….
    4. After potatoes have cooked……now add your preboiled peas…….stir…..let them cook together for 3mins and serve with your favourite accompaniment………rice, chapati, mashed bananas….pasta……..I love mine with chapati…..
