    The ingredients needed to make Almond/ Badam Chutney:

    1. Make ready 1/2 cup Almonds/badam
    2. Take 1 inch Ginger
    3. Take 1 clove Garlic
    4. Prepare 2-3 Green chilli
    5. Make ready 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds/ Rai
    6. Get As needed Curry leaves
    7. Get 1 tsp salt
    8. Take 1 tsp Oil

    Instructions

    Steps to make Almond/ Badam Chutney:

    1. Soak almonds in water for 30 mins and peel the skin.
    2. In a mixer jar, place the peeled almonds, ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt.
    3. Add little water and grind it to a smooth fine paste.
    4. Remove the almond mixture in a bowl.
    5. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add curry leaves and switch off the flame.
    6. Pour the tadka over the chutney. Mix well.
    7. Serve with dosa, idli or rotis.
    8. Note- Adjust salt and green chilli as per your requirement.
