1. In sauce pan add peaches,sugar,lemon zest, water cook on lower flame until peaches soft (approximately 8 to 10 minutes)

3. Let mixture simmer until it thickens slightly
4. Remove from heat and let it cool
5. Strain the peach syrup mixture into a bowl and discard tha solid
6. Refrigerate until chilled
7. In serving jug add peach lemon slices,pour peach mixture,cold water lemon juice
8. Add mint leaves and stirr well
9. Serve chilled
