Take the paneer and knead till it smoothens.
Take a non stick pan and then add paneer and sugar on a medium flame stir it.
Once the paneer and sugar water is burned,add grated Khoya,butter scotch essence,chocolate colour and then stir it.
Now add Coarsely grinded Almonds Powder.
On a slow flame mix it well.
Once it begins to leave the pan put off the stove and let it cool down.
Now make big round balls and then flatten the balls as seen in the pictures.
Now apply on it silver Varakh.
Stick Badam onto when it is warm aswell as Pista Powder.
Now once it has cooled down cut into small triangles.
Now it's ready.
