    3. In a 2 quart glass pitcher (8 cups) add 6 cups of cold water.
    4. Carefully pour the syrup into the pitcher, scraping the sides of the pot.
    5. Add the Himalayan Sole and stir.
    6. Serve chilled over ice and enjoy.
