Get 125 gm almonds
Take 125 gm sugar
Take 1/2 cup Milk-
Prepare 7-8 Saffron strands

Soak almonds in water for 7-8 hours,after 8 hours drain out from water and peel the almonds
Put them in a mixture jar along with sugar and saffron mix milk and 1/2 cup of plain milk
Churn to grind everything in to a fine paste
Now heat a pan with 1 tbsp of ghee, when the ghee melts,add almond paste to it
Keep stirring, constantly and cook the mixture on medium flame, until the mixture became thick
As the mixture became thick in consistency turn off the flame and transfer to the plate
Once the mixture cools down slightly,roll it in to a lemon size balls with greased hand
Fill dry fruit mixture,cover all sides,and give kalash shape
Cover all kalash with silver vark,
Place chopped pistachio on top
