    1. Make ready 20 almonds
    2. Get 3 cups vegetable stock / water

    7. Prepare 3-4 drops almond essence

    1. Soak the almonds in hot water for 20mins,drain and remove the skin.
    2. Blend the almonds in the mixer till coarse.
    3. Keep aside.
    4. Heat butter in deep non-stick pan, add plain flour and sauté on medium flame for 30 seconds. or till it's brown.
    5. Go on stirring continuously, to avoid lumps.
    6. Add the almond coarse paste, vegetable stock, salt, mix well and cook on medium flame for 3-4mins, stirring continuously.
    7. Add fresh cream, black pepper powder and mix well.
    8. Garnish with almond flakes and serve hot.
