    Ingredients

    The ingredients needed to make Badam Ka Sharbat:

    1. Make ready 1/2 litre milk
    2. Get 12 almonds
    3. Get Few strands of kesar
    4. Get 2 elaichi
    5. Make ready 3 tbsp sugar (adjust as per ur taste)
    6. Prepare 11/2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
    7. Make ready 1 tbsp sabza seeds
    8. Prepare Few chopped almonds for garnishing

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Badam Ka Sharbat:

    1. Soak the almonds for 3-4 hrs. Peel of its skin after 4 hrs. Peel the elaichi and remove it seeds.
    2. In a grinder add peeled almonds and elaichi and make a coarse paste.
    3. Take custard powder in a bowl and add few spoons of milk and make a smooth paste and keep aside.
    4. Soak sabza seeds in half cup water and keep aise for atleast 1 hr.
    5. Ina heavy bottom pan add milk and add kesar and keep for boiling.
    6. Add coarse paste of almonds and elaichi to milk and keep stirring continuously as it will stick to be bottom of the pan.
    7. As it starts boiling add custard paste and mix well so there are no lumps and cook for 8-10 mins. It will start thickening.
    8. Once it starts thickening off the gas and let it cool at room temperature. Refrigerate it for 2 hrs.
    9. Once cooled add sabza seeds to badam milk and mix well and pour in glasses and garnish with few chopped almonds. Yummy Badam Sharbat is ready.😋😋
