    11. As you feel mixture is dry add 1/2 tsp ghee and then knead it.
    12. Place the dough on a plate.
    13. On butter paper grease ghee start rolling with a chapathi roller to 1/4 inch thick.
    14. Cut into diamonds.
    15. Place it plate garnish it with aonds and let it cool.
    16. Store it in air tight container.
