The ingredients needed to make Kesar Badam Milk:
Prepare 1 ltr Full-fat milk
Take 15-20 Almonds soaked in water
Take 10-15 Saffron strands
Get 1/2 cup Sugar
Make ready 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Steps to make Kesar Badam Milk:
Soak 15-20 almonds in warm water for 2 hours.
Peel the skin of the almond and puree it in a blender till it forms a smooth paste.
Soak saffron strands in hot milk for 30 minutes.
HOW TO BOIL MILK:- Boil 1-liter full-fat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
Once it comes to a boil, add the almond paste and saffron strands.
Let the milk boil for 10-15 minutes on a medium flame stirring it in between till the milk reduces in quantity.
Add sugar and cardamom powder in the boiling milk and boil it for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the flame and let the milk cool down.
HOW TO SERVE:- Serve this Almond Saffron milk either hot or once it comes down to room temperature chill it the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve it chilled.
