    17. Make ready as required Water i have used (3 cups)
    18. Take as required Coriander leaves for garnish

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Mava Matar:

    1. First boiled peas. After boiled transfer in cold water.
    2. Heat ghee in a pan add Asafoetida, cumin seeds splutter it. Add grated ginger and cardamom saute it.
    3. When ginger and cardamom saute well add tomato pure cook 2 mins in low flame.
    4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,red chiiy, kitchen king masala mix well. Cook till oil spreads.
    5. Add sugar mix well.Then add khoya cook 3 min till oil spreads.
    6. Then add cream cook 1 min. Add water and salt mix well. Then add boiled peas and salt cook 8 to 10 mins in slow flame.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
