- Sab se pehle 1 cup basan me 1 tsp red chilli powder,1tsp baking soda,1tsp kutti lal mirch, onion salt(per taste) dal kar is mixture se pakore bana ke alag rakh lein
- Tip : fry kiye pakoroon ko pani mae dip kar ke chor dain is se karhi mae pakoray soft rahaingay)
- Aik bare pan me onion grind dal ke Ginger garlic paste+red chilli powder+dhania powder+haldi 1 cup pani me mix kar ke dal dein aur bhoonein bohat sara
- Youghurt aur basan grind kar ke alag rakh lein
- Jab masala bhun jae to is me dahi aur bansan ka mixture+1jug pani dal ke pakne dein atleast derh ghnte tak(Gravy aur thin chahye ho to ziada pani dal saktein hen)
- Jab pak jaye to Anch tez kar ke pakore dal dein aur pan halke se hilaen 1min tak dhak kar pakne dein.turn off the stove now
- FOR TARKA: 5 round red chilles+karhi patta+1tbsp white cumin
