6. Dal wash kar ke 30 min soak kar lein phir boil kar ke blend kar lein aur kutti lal mirch & salt mix kar ke side kar dein
7. Aub mede sy chote chote peray bana kar bech main thori si dal bhar ke Kachori bana lein
8. Oil teez garam kar ke Kachori ko golden kar ke nekal lein aur allu ki bhaji ke sath serve kar dein
