    4. Just as water rise, apply Soy Sauce, then mix
    5. Apply vinegar, then Brown Sugar. Mix
    6. Cover cooking pan. Wait till water evaps and cooking becomes saucy (about 10 mins)
    7. Apply Spring Onion & Chilli. Mix.
