    5. Add 180ml of white wine and let it reduce slowly. Correct seasoning.. Once done let it rest for 2-4 hours. Mix the amount of olive oil needded for the pan, mix with garlic&parsley and let it rest until needded
    6. Start stuffing the squids and heating the oil with the garlic&parsley.
    7. Once the squid id stuffed, seal it with a wood toothpick.
    8. Fry the squid for 5 minutes and add rest of the wine, season and let reduce slowly.
    9. Serve hot.

    Add water, tomato paste, parsley, salt and pepper. Baked squid stuffed with onions, carrots and mushrooms. Squid ink AND chorizo in the same dish? I would get so excited if I saw this on a menu. Apparently I forgot to ever upload this to dA.
