      1. Take a deep pan and put oil in it. When the oil becomes hot add mustard seeds, turmeric, groundnuts and saute for a minute.
      1. Then add the tamarind pulp, dates syrup, salt, roasted coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool for 2 minutes.
      1. Then add the cooked rice and mix well. Serve with curd, tadka, or raita! Enjoy!
