2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed once cracked add the pulp and sugar and 1/2 glass water.. Add red chilli powder and let it boil for 4-5 minutes..
3. Add melon seeds n raisons let it boil for more 5-7 minutes..
4. When it start turning thick switch off the flame.. Our sour Emily chutney is ready.. Enjoy it with any snacks..
