    3. Divide dough into small round balls and flatten it into a slightly thick circular shape.
    4. Cut it into semi circle and give it the shape of triangle and fill cooled(room tempreture)stuffing in it.
    5. Seal the samosa by applying water.
    6. Heat oil in a deep wok and deep fry the prepared samosa.
    7. For Tamarind Chutney:Boil tamarind in 1 cup of water till it thickens.
    8. Add jaggery and cumin powder to thickened tamarind and turn off the gas while constantly stirring for 2 mins.
    9. Let the chutney get cool and serve with hot samosa.
