    1. Make ready 5 carrots
    2. Make ready 15-20 garlic cloves
    3. Take 2 tbsp red chilli powder

    6. Take 3-4 teaspoons oil

    Instructions to make Gajar Kachri:

    1. Wash carrots and peel off the skin. Cut into long strips. Add 2 teaspoons salt and mix well. Cover and leave it overnight. Next morning remove water from carrots and spread over a cotton cloth. Allow them to dry in sunlight. In the evening, collect all gajar kachris. (At this stage you can store this kachris into refrigerator in airtight container. And when needed you can follow below steps and enjoy gajar kachris.)
    2. Take garlic and salt into a mortar pestel and make a find paste out of it. Add red chilli powder and coriander powder little sugar and combine. Spread this paste on the surface as shown in image so that we can pour hot oil over.
    3. Heat oil and pour over spreaded paste.
    4. Mix in gajar kachris into this paste. Serve this masala gajar kachris with pulao, khichadi,biriyani and thepla.
