Make ready 1 kg Raw Mango Pulp
Prepare 1 kg Sugar

Peel Off Mango. Cut thin slices of pulp. Put it to boil in 2 litres of Water. Boil it till pulp starts getting dissolved.
Blend boiled mango pulp with hand blender to fine consistency so that it may be strained easily from very fine strainer.
Now measure the strained pulp and add same amount of sugar in it and cook for 5-7 minutes. My measure of pulp is 5 cups so I added 5 cups of sugar.
When the mixture is cooing add Sodium Benzoate added with yellow Edible Colour. Mixture is prepared in a little water.
Switch Off Flame NOW.
Bring the Squash to room temperature. As soon as it is at room temperature, store it in sterilized glass container. Concentrate of Mango Squash is ready to enjoy. You can make several recipes with this concentrate.
